I have been beading for seems like forever – and once I learned the Peyote stitch – this is my go-to stitch. Using only a needle and nylon thread – I hand-weave the tiny Delica glass beads into an original pattern.
This design came to be just because ’tis the season! Though my main focus is on the celebration of Jesus Christ’s birth, I do enjoy some of the traditional decorations of this time of year.
The tiny tree pattern is green on a pearl-y white background, and even has colored beads to represent ornaments or lights on the tree. The top is a metallic copper-gold bead – for the star!
The earrings are just about an inch tall – and each is framed with antiqued silver spacer beads and an appropriate color of Swarovski crystal beads to complete the look. The earring findings are silver-dipped and – these earrings come to you ready to wear!
